Consequences of registration under section 35

36. (1) Where a ship is registered under section 35 it shall be deemed to be a Cayman Islands ship for the purposes of this Act.
Where a ship is registered under section 35 it shall not hoist any colours other than the Islands’ national colours specified in section 64.
