15. (1) An application for registration of a ship shall be made —
in the case of an individual —
by the individual or the agent of the individual; or of the persons so requiring if more than one; or
by the person requiring to be registered as owner, or by one or more
in the case of a body corporate, by its agent.
The authority of an agent under subsection (1) shall be testified —
if appointed by individuals, under the hands of the appointers; and
if appointed by a body corporate, under the common seal of that body corporate or by deed or instrument under seal in accordance with section 84 of the Companies Act (2023 Revision).
