The Of ficial Receiver, any party to the proceedings and any person affected by any action taken by the Official Receiver, or who may be affected by any action proposed to be taken by that person , may at any time apply to the court for directions as to the exerci se of the Official Receiver ’ s functions.
Before giving any directions under subsection (1), the court shall (as well as giving the parties to the proceedings an opportunity to be heard) give such an opportunity to the Official Receiver and to any perso n who may be interested in the application.
The court may at any time vary or set aside an interim receiving order.
