Neither the Financial Reporting Authority, the Director, n or any officer, employee or agent of the Financial Reporting Authority, shall be liable in damages for anything done or omitted in the discharge or purported discharge of their respective functions under this Act unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith or constituted wilful misconduct or negligence.
