Where on an application for an order under any provision of section 52 the court decides not to make an order, the person who applied for the order may appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision.
If the court makes an order under section 52 the person who applied for the order or any person affected by the order may appeal to the Court of Appeal in respect of the court ’ s decision.
Where on an application for an order under section 57 the c ourt de cides not to make an order, the person who applied for the order may appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision.
Where the court makes an order under section 58 , the following persons may appeal to the Court of Appeal in respect of the court ’ s decision —
the person who applied for the order;
any person affected by the order; or
the receiver.
The following persons may appeal to the Court of Appeal against a decision of the court on an application under section 58 —
the person who applied for the order in respect of which the application was made;
any person affected by the court ’ s decision; or
the receiver.
On an appeal under this section the Court of App eal may confirm the decision of the court or make such order as it believes is appropriate. Seized money
