Proceedings for a recovery order may not be taken —
against any person in circumstances of a description prescribed by regulations; and the circumstances may relate to the person themselves or to the property or to any other matter;
in respect of cash found at any place in the Islands unless the proceed ings are also taken in respect of property other than cash which is property of the same person;
in respect of any property which are the assets intended as security for financial markets; or
against any person in respect of any recoverable propert y which that person holds by reason of that person’s acting, or having acted, as an insolvency practitioner. Miscellaneous
