Discharge or reduction in rank of police officers convicted by a court

The Commissioner may reduce in rank or discharge from the Service a police officer, who has been convicted by a court in respect of an offence, whether against this Act or otherwise, unless that police officer has successfully appealed from that conviction,
A police officer who is aggrieved by an order made under subsection (1) by the Commissioner may appeal to the Governor under section 101.
