Premium of dependants

An employer shall be liable to pay the total cost of the standard health insurance contract effected in respect of the dependants of an employee under section 5(2), but shall be entitled to deduct from the salary, wage or other remuneration of the employee, in addition to any amount deducted under section 7, the total cost of the premiums so paid in respect of the dependants of that employee.
