Filing of medical fees

Every health care facility and registered practitioner shall file with the Commission annually, and not later than one month after any adjustment, the maximum fee charged for each health benefit provided by such health care facility and registered practitioner.
A health care facility or a registered practitioner who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of fifteen thousand dollars.
