Establishment and staffing of the Department

There is established for the purposes of this Law, a body to be called the Department of Hazard Management Cayman Islands, which shall comprise a Director and Deputy Directors appointed by the Governor, and other persons appointed or designated to discharge the functions of the Department under this Law.
The staff of the Department shall be appointed or designated on such terms and conditions as may be specified in their instruments of appointment or designation, which terms and conditions shall be subject to the Public Service Management Law (2018 Revision).
