Obstruction; refusal to furnish information

Any person who —
assaults or obstructs the Director or any other duly authorised person acting in execution of a duty under this Law; or
refuses to furnish any information required pursuant to the provisions of an Order made under section 13, or knowingly furnishes false information,
commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of twelve months, or to both.
