National Hazard Management Executive and Council

There is established a National Hazard Management Executive and a National Hazard Management Council.
The provisions of Schedule 1 shall have effect as to the constitution, functions and procedures of the Management Executive and the Management Council.
The Cabinet may by Order amend Schedule 1.
