Except as expressly provided in this Law, offences against this Law shall be prosecuted before a court of summary jurisdiction.
Subject to this Law, summary courts and the Grand Court shall have jurisdiction to try a person for any offence against this Law which, by reason of section 46 or 47, may be committed outside the Islands notwithstanding that the offence would, but for this subsection, have been committed outside the jurisdiction of the court.
