Restitution if offence involves property

When a member of the Regiment is found guilty of an offence under paragraph 8 of Schedule 2, the court or officer finding the member guilty may make an order providing for the restitution of the property in respect of which the member has been found guilty or providing for the payment by the member of a sum not exceeding the cost to replace the public property lost or damaged.
Any order under subsection (1) may be enforced as if it were an order made by a court of summary jurisdiction in a civil cause or action.
