Contravention of certain provisions not to be criminal offences

A person found guilty of contravening any provision of this Law at any time other than when the Regiment is embodied, shall not be deemed to have been convicted of a criminal offence.
Subsection (1) does not apply to any conviction involving dishonesty, to a conviction under section 40 or to a conviction for a civil offence committed either in or outside the Islands.
