Offences in respect of warrants

A person who —
obstructs a person in the execution of a warrant granted under this Law;
fails, without reasonable excuse, to give a person executing such a warrant such assistance as may be reasonably required for the execution of the warrant;
makes a statement in response to a requirement under this Law which the person knows to be false in a material respect; or
recklessly makes a statement in response to such a requirement which is false in a material respect,
commits an offence and is liable —
on summary conviction, to a fine of twenty thousand dollars; or
on conviction on indictment, to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars or a term of imprisonment of four years, or to both.
