The powers of inspection and seizure conferred by a warrant shall not be exercisable in respect of personal data that are exempt under section 18.
The powers of inspection and seizure conferred by a warrant shall not be exercisable in respect of information for which legal professional privilege is claimed; in the event of such a claim, the relevant material shall be sealed, held by a neutral party, and the party claiming privilege shall bring the matter before the Grand Court no later than five days following such claim, at which time the Grand Court shall determine the matter, and the costs of this procedure shall be in accordance with an order of the Grand Court.
