Disclosure of information

Except as provided in this Law, no enactment or law prohibiting or restricting the disclosure of information shall preclude a person from furnishing the Commissioner with any information required for the discharge of the Commissioner’s functions under this Law.
Subsection (1) shall not be read so as to compel an individual to utter anything that tends to incriminate that individual.
