29. (1) A court before which a person appears or is brought or is committed for trial may grant the person bail in accordance with the Bail Act (2015 Revision).
A court may, by order, confirm or extend the period of bail granted by the court itself or under section 65 of the Police Act (2021 Revision).
The Grand Court may in any case and at any stage of a case —
direct that a person be admitted to bail in accordance with the Bail Act (2015 Revision); or
vary any condition or requirement attached to the grant of bail by the Summary Court.
