Establishment of pounds and appointment of poundkeepers

The Cabinet may establish pounds in the Islands and appoint poundkeepers in respect of each pound, and all persons who are poundkeepers at the 12th April, 1977 shall continue as such subject to dismissal by the Cabinet without notice.
