Obstruction of the Office

99. Any person who wilfully obstructs, or knowingly fails to comply with a reasonable request for information by any Member or any member of the staff in the exercise of any function conferred by this Act or by sectoral legislation commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of six months, or to both.
