Unauthorised disclosure of confidential information

100. Any person who knowingly reveals or in any manner communicates to any other person, except as authorised or required by this Act or any sectoral legislation, any information for which the Office has granted confidential treatment commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of six months, or to both.
