Failure to comply with a direction of the Office

95. Any sectoral participant that knowingly refuses or fails to comply with a direction issued to it by the Office directing the sectoral participant to comply with its duties and obligations under this Act, the regulations or any sectoral legislation, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars for each day during which the refusal or failure continues.
