Failure to comply with statutory duties or regulations

97. Any sectoral participant that knowingly contravenes a statutory duty contained in this Act, the regulations or any sectoral legislation, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of fifty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both.
