Application for a licence

A person, other than a person to whom section 5
refers, who wishes to carry on securities investment business shall apply in writing to the Authority for the grant of a licence under this Law. (2) The Authority shall, in relation to an application received under subsection (1), either —
grant the licence;
grant the licence subject to conditions; or
refuse the licence.
