Insider dealing

Subject to the defences available under this Law, any individual who has information as an insider commits an offence of insider dealing if —
he deals in listed securities that are price-affected securities in relation to the information;
he encourages another person to deal in listed securities that are (whether or not that other knows it) price-affected securities in relation to the information; or
he discloses the information otherwise than in the proper performance of the functions of that person’s employment, office or profession, to another person.
