Any person who commits an offence under section 24 or 25 is liable —

on summary conviction, to a fine of four thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one year; or

on conviction on indictment, to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for seven years.

Proceedings with respect to offences under section 24 or 25 may only be instituted by the Director of Public Prosecutions. Part V - Broker Members
