The Authority may apply to the court for a licensee, former licensee or company that is or has been in contravention of section 5(1) to be wound up by the Court, notwithstanding any voluntary winding up proceedings that have commenced.
On an application under subsection (1), the court may make an order for the licensee to be wound up by the court if the court is of the opinion that the winding up would be in the public interest in all the circumstances of the case.
