A person who commits an offence under section 133 , 134 o r 135 is liable —
on summary conviction, to a fine of five thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both; or
on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term of fourteen years or to a fine, or to both.
A person who commits an offence under section 136 , 137 or 139 is liable —
on summary conviction, to a fine of of five thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both; or
on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term of five years or to a fine, or to both.
A person who commits an offence created under section 143 is liable to the pena lties that may be prescribed in an order made under that section.
