Cash forfeited under this Part and any accrued interest on it shall be paid into the revenues of the Islands but it shall not to be p aid in —

before the end of the period within which an appeal under section 119 may be made; or

before the appeal is determined or otherwise disposed of, if a person appeals under that section. Supplementary
