The Merchant Shipping Act (2021 Revision) is repealed.
Until regulations are made under this Act to provide for a matter that may be prescribed, the rules and regulations made under the Merchant Shipping Act (2021 Revision) that are in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall have effect until expressly repealed by this Act or by regulations made under this Act.
The Wreck and Salvage Act (1996 Revision) is repealed.
