Expenses charged on money provided out of the revenue of the Islands

The following expenses and other amounts shall be payable out of money provided out of the revenue of the Islands —
the expenses incurred by the Minister under this Act;
the expenses of obtaining depositions, reports and returns respecting wrecks and casualties;
such sums as the Cabinet may, in its discretion, think fit to pay in respect of claims on account of the proceeds of wreck;
the expenses incurred in respect of the Receiver of Wreck and the performance of the duties of the Receiver of Wreck;
such expenses as the Cabinet directs for —
establishing and maintaining on the coasts of the Islands proper lifeboats with the necessary crews and equipment;
affording assistance towards the preservation of life and property in cases of shipwreck and distress at sea; or
rewarding the preservation of life in such cases; and
any other amounts which are, under this Act, payable out of the revenue of the Islands.
