Fees, regulations and fines

The Cabinet may make regulations prescribing fees to be charged in respect of —
the issue or recording under this Act of any certificate, licence or other document; or
the doing of anything under this Act.
The Cabinet may, by order, vary fines under this Act, taking into account the rate of inflation in the Islands at the relevant time.
