Section 456Part 19 — SUPPLEMENTAL

Payments to be made into the revenue of the Islands

The following sums shall be paid into the revenue of the Islands —

all fines imposed under this Act;

any fees received by the Receiver of Wreck; and

any sums received by the Government under this Act or which are, by any provision of it, required to be paid into the revenue of the Islands.

All fees mentioned in this section shall be paid at such time and in such manner as the Minister directs.
