A person shall not send any dangerous goods, by, or carry in a Cayman Islands ship, except in accordance with this Part and regulations made under section 237.
A person shall not send by or carry in a Cayman Islands ship any dangerous goods without —
first distinctly marking their nature on the outside of their outermost package in accordance with such regulations as the Cabinet may make; and
first giving written notice of the nature of such goods and of the name and address of the sender of the goods to the master or owner of the ship.
