The Cabinet may make regulations prescribing any matter referred to in t his Act to be prescribed by Regulations and for carrying this Act into effect.
Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1) the Cabinet may make Regulations in particular, prescribing —
the duties to be performed by the Registrar for the purpos es of this Act ;
the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act ;
the fees payable to the Registrar in respect of filings or certifications or otherwise pursuant to this Act ;
the fee payable for the issue of a tax undertaking pursuant to secti on 49 ; and
generally, the conduct and regulation of registration under this Act and any matters incidental thereto. - 87 c Revised a s at 1st January, 2025 Page 47
