A limited liability partnership that has converted from a firm shall ensure that for a period of twelve months from the date of registration of the limited liabil ity partnership, all correspondence of the limited liability partnership and every invoice issued by it bears —
a statement that, on the date of registration of the limited liability partnership, it converted from a firm to a limited liability partnership, and
the name of the firm from which it was converted.
The Registrar may impose on a limited liability partnership which contravenes subsection (1) a penalty of two hundred dollars, which penalty shall be a debt due to the Registrar. PA RT 7 - MISCELLANEOUS AND GENERAL
