General penalty for offences

Where a duty is imposed by this Act on any limited liability partnership, managing or other partner or any other person and no special penalty or fine has been provided for breach of such duty, then any such limited liability partnership, managing or other partner or any other person guilty of such breach commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one hundred dollars.
