Right of appeal to Court of Appeal

Any attorney-at-law aggrieved by a decision or order of a judge made under section 7(1) may appeal therefrom to the Court of Appeal in the manner and within the time prescribed by law or by the rules made, from time to time, by that Court relating to appeals in civil matters.
