Non-practising attorneys-at-law to be struck off Roll

The Clerk of Court shall strike off the Court Roll the name of any attorney-at-law, other than a person who possesses Caymanian status, who has not been, at any time during the twenty-four months immediately preceding the striking off, in possession of an annual practising certificate issued under section 12.
