False or misleading information

A licensee, applicant for a licence, or any director or officer of a licensee or of an applicant shall not knowingly or wilfully supply false or misleading information to the Authority.
A licensee, applicant for a licence, or any director or officer of a licensee or of an applicant who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of five years, or to both.
