Where there is no valid arbitration agreement in place and a dispute or difference arises out of or in connection with a contract of domestic insurance, the parties to the dispute or difference shall agree to the appointment of one arbitrator and if the parties are unable to agree the Authority shall appoint an arbitrator and the Arbitration Law (2001 Revision) shall apply with the necessary changes.
