Appeals

An appeal shall lie to the Grand Court against any decision of the Authority other than a decision of the Authority to present a winding up petition or to apply for the appointment of a receiver or controller.
An appeal under this section shall not operate as a stay of any decision appealed against.
The Rules Committee of the Grand Court may make Rules of Procedure governing the conduct of appeals under this section.
