Interconnection or infrastructure sharing agreements between licensees shall be in writing, and copies of each agreement shall be submitted to the Office within seven days of that agreement having been signed.
Copies of interconnection or infrastructure sharing agreements between licensees shall be kept in a public registry maintained by the Office for that purpose.
The agreements referred to in subsection (2) shall be open to public inspection during normal working hours.
The Office shall, after consulting the Cabinet, prepare, publish, and make available copies of the procedures to be followed by the licensees when negotiating interconnection or infrastructure sharing agreements.
Where parties cannot agree upon interconnection or infrastructure sharing rates, the Office may impose such rates.
