Provision of Universal Service by particular licensee

The Office may include a condition, in the licence of any licensee that provides a specified ICT service or ICT network, requiring such licensee to provide one or more categories of universal service.
A licensee so required by its licence to provide one or more categories of universal service to any person shall be entitled to compensation as specified in section 60.
