Accountabilities of the Registrar

Except as otherwise stated in this Act, the Registrar shall be subject to the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision).
The Registrar shall, as soon as practicable but no later than three months after the end of each year, make available to the public a report on the statistics and trends in relation to the data contained in the register, the activities of the office of the Registrar and any other such information as the Registrar considers fit or as the Cabinet may prescribe.
