Powers of the Registrar

The Registrar shall have all powers, direct and incidental, as are necessary to undertake and perform the Registrar's duties under this Act.
The Registrar may obtain from persons and public authorities relevant information and documents pertaining to the carrying out of the Registrar's duties under this Act.
The Registrar may require the provision of information and documents from any public authority as may be necessary to perform the Registrar's duties under this Act.
A public authority shall provide to the Registrar the information and documents required by the Registrar under subsection (3) within such time as the Registrar may specify.
