The Cabinet may make regulations generally for administering this Law and for giving effect to its objects, purposes and intentions, or with respect to any matter or thing by or under this Law which may be or is to be prescribed.
Without prejudice to the generality of the power conferred by subsection (1), regulations may be made under this section —
with respect to prescribed treatment programmes;
for the regulation and control of approved drug treatment centres;
for the regulation of approved treatment providers;
prescribing the forms, notices, certificates, warrants, books, registers or other documents to be used and the particulars to be given in connection with this Law; and
prescribing the fees to be payable in respect of any certificate or other document issued under this Law and the circumstances under which such fees may be abated or waived.
