Arrest warrant

Where, based upon a report by an approved treatment provider under section 17, the Drug Court is satisfied that a drug offender has failed to comply with the specified conditions, the Drug Court may issue a warrant authorising a constable to arrest the drug offender and bring him before the Drug Court to be dealt with under this Law.
