The Cabinet may make regulations, subject to affirmative resolution, for the better carrying out of the purposes of this Law and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, may —
prescribe procedures to be applied in the making of disclosures;
prescribe forms to be used under this Law;
prescribe fees or other charges that may be imposed for services provided, if any; and
make provision in relation to the operations of the designated authority.
Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for the imposition of penalties on summary conviction in a summary court of a fine of five thousand dollars or imprisonment for six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
